Your orders, keys and downloads
Find your orders, show keys, download files, follow parcels and tickets.
Sign in to the shop and open My orders. Each order shows what you bought and how it is delivered:
- Keys and accounts are hidden until you press to show them.
- Downloads: each press makes a link that works for 5 minutes; the order shows how many downloads and days you have left.
- Parcels: the carrier, tracking and every update.
- Tickets: a QR code per ticket for the door.
- Courses and memberships: open them from the order or your account.
You can print an order or keep it as a PDF from your browser.
