Add a product

Choose the type, start from a template, fill in the essentials and make it ready to sell.

Updated 2 November 2026Live from Tocler

Every product has a type. The type decides how the buyer receives it — a key, a download, a parcel, a ticket… — and which fields the editor shows. Tocler has 12 types: Keys & codes, Downloads, Software, Service, Accounts, API delivery, Physical goods, Memberships, Courses, Tickets & events, Gift cards, Bundles.

  1. Open Catalog → Products

    Click Add product.

  2. Choose the type and a template

Pick what you sell. A template fills sensible settings for that kind of product (you can change all of them). Types your plan doesn’t include show which plan has them.

  3. Name, price and pictures

Write a clear name, the price in your shop’s currency and add pictures from your Media library (upload new ones from the picker).

  4. Description

Write the description in the rich-text editor: headings, lists, links, tables and pictures. Extra tabs (for example “Requirements” or “How to use”) depend on your plan.

  5. What the buyer gets

Fill the type’s own part: keys to upload, files to attach, the service time, the shipping weight, the course outline, the event dates… See the guide of your product type.

  6. Save and check “Ready to sell”

The editor lists anything missing (no stock, no file, no price). Fix it and the product can be bought.
