Shipping rates
Profiles, zones and rates — flat, by weight or by order value — and local pickup.
Open Delivery → Shipping rates. Shipping is built in three levels:
- Profiles — the default one, plus others for special products (for example Heavy items). Each physical product uses one profile.
- Zones — groups of countries (for example Europe, Rest of world).
- Rates in each zone — a flat price, a price by weight or by order value, free above an amount, with the delivery days shown to the buyer. Add local pickup if buyers can collect.
Prices are in your shop’s currency. Try it shows what a buyer in any country would be offered. How many profiles and zones you can have depends on your plan.
