Store credit
A balance shoppers spend in your shop — from refunds, gift cards or your own top-ups.
Store credit is a balance a shopper has in your shop only, in your shop’s currency. It comes from refunds you make as credit, gift cards and prepaid codes. At checkout the shopper can pay with it (all or part). Guests can’t use store credit.
You see each customer’s balance in Customers.
