Inventory
Every product of every type in one table — stock, prices, sales and what needs attention.
Catalog → Inventory lists every product, one tab per type. The columns follow the type: codes left for keys, copies and files for downloads, places and orders to deliver for services, “can sell” for bundles.
Quick changes
- Price of a product or an option, right in the table.
- Stock of physical goods: set the count or add / remove some, with a reason (received, recount, damaged, lost, returned, correction). Every change is kept in the product’s stock history.
- Show / hide an option.
A quick change never disturbs a checkout in progress: if someone changed the count since you opened the page, Tocler asks you to look again instead of overwriting it.
Needs attention
The banner at the top counts what needs you — sold out, running low, a download without files, a stopped file, a late service. Click it to filter.
