Tickets & events
Dates, seats, QR tickets, check-in with your phone and online events.
A Tickets & events product has one option per date (typed in the event’s time zone) with its seats. Each ticket bought gets its own code and a QR code on the order page.
Check-in at the door
Open Delivery → Events & check-in, choose the date and scan tickets with your phone’s camera (or type the code). A ticket can be checked in once; you can undo a mistake. Give a team member the events.checkin right only, and they can scan without seeing anything else.
Online events
Add the join link. It is shown only to ticket holders, shortly before the start — never on the public page or in emails.
Cancelling a date
Cancel a date and its tickets stop; buyers are emailed. Refunds follow your refund rules.
