Orders
Order statuses, what to deliver, the order page and searching orders.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | Created; waiting for the payment. |
| Completed | Paid. Keys, accounts, files and gift cards are delivered at once; services, API delivery and parcels may still be waiting. |
| Expired | The time to pay ended. Anything held for the order (keys, stock, a discount use) is released. |
| Cancelled | Closed without payment. |
| Refunded | Fully refunded by the shop (its keys are no longer shown). |
To deliver
Sales → Orders → To deliver lists paid orders with something still to do: a service to do, a parcel to ship, an API delivery that failed. Mark a service delivered with a note for the buyer (right orders.fulfil).
The order page
Each order shows what was bought (with the option and type), the money — in the order’s currency, tax, discount, shipping and the payment — the delivery of each line, the buyer’s answers (secret ones masked) and the history.
Your fee is private
Tocler’s fee on an order is visible only to the owner, under Payments → Tocler’s fee — never to shoppers or team members.
