Upload to Files
Open Catalog → Files and upload (drag and drop works). Folders keep things tidy. Tocler checks the real kind of each file.
Attach to a product
In a product of type Downloads, pick one or more files from the file picker.
Set the limits
Choose how many times each buyer may download and for how many days (your plan sets the most).
Versions
Upload a new version of a file and choose which version is current. Buyers get the current one; older versions can be freed up in Storage.
Storage
Your plan includes a storage amount and a largest file size. Files → Storage shows what is used per shop and lists files no product, order or download has used for 90 days.
