Secure your account

2-step login, backup codes, sign-in alerts and what to do if something looks wrong.

  1. Open My account

    Click your name at the top right of the Dashboard, then My account.

  2. Turn on 2-step login

    Scan the code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…) and type the 6-digit code it shows.

  3. Keep your backup codes

    You get one-time backup codes. Store them somewhere safe and offline — each one lets you in once if you lose your phone. Make new ones any time; the old ones stop working.

If something looks wrong

  1. Change your password in My account — every other session is signed out.
  2. Make new backup codes.
  3. Check Team → Activity log for actions you don’t recognise.
  4. Write to support@tocler.com.

The owner can also limit which networks team members may sign in from (Settings → Protection → Team sign-in).
