Stock alerts
Decide what “running low” means for each type and who gets the emails.
Open Inventory and click the bell (Alert rules). For each type choose when a product is running low (for example fewer than 5 keys) and which emails you want:
- Running low — once when a product crosses your line.
- Sold out — when the last unit sells.
- Service late — when a service passes its delivery time.
Alerts are checked after every paid order. Home and the menu badges use the same rules.
